If the product delivered is faulty in any way, contact us at your earliest convenience and file a complaint. We would appreciate if you sent us a high resolution picture of the defect so that we can make sure you meet the requirements for a refund or an exchange before you go through the trouble of shipping the product back to us. Specify the problem in the complaint so that we can rectify it to the best of our abilities.
Ensure that the tag on the product is not removed and that it is returned in its original packaging. Products will not be accepted for return or exchange without price tags or packaging. Also, ensure that the fault you have specified in the complaint was there when the product was delivered. If the damage was caused by you we will repair it for you, but will charge you a set fee. If the product is damaged during shipping, we will reimburse you as soon as possible.
Products once delivered can be exchanged within a one week time frame, once the time period expires, we cannot be held liable for any damages. Your product will be sent back to you within 15 to 20 working days. These measures are put in place for your convenience.
